How do i change my username

How do I change my username???

When I press change name then click yes this pops up

Can't change username while in the game. Please logout from the game first.
then when I logout then log back in its still the same username

Please try again but close the game tab this time. You dont need to log out on the website.

Guys, it tells me I only have 2k sp available (which is under the amount you need to change it), but when I check to see how much I have, it says that I have 7k

Your looking at total SP. You need to look at available SP.
