Host change

Allow supporters to change the host in case they are AFK. A lot of the times mods are offline when that is needed and with supporters it would be easier to change the host instead of the game failing. They should be trusted people so they shouldn't abuse this new privilege.

Just make supporters mods so that Sascha doesnt have to run this game alone
