[CLOSED - Duplicate] Option to choose strats not coming up.

Howdy

When you start a game, a pop up screen comes up showing all of the players, the country they picked, the timer for them to select their countries, and also the option to choose a strategy.

When I start a game, that screen does not show up.

This has happened to me - extremely rare glitch which means probably difficult for developers to reproduce.
