IF. Lb can be as powerful as ironfist with good rolls but you cant rely on them. IF is far more consistent.

It does. distance could be relevant while spawn and resources are equal or balanced. but It's not the case. In Center and South Europe LB dominates. in Ancient World maps Iron Fist would dominate. It's kinda noob question.
