Just make a tick box option, and change the layout of the lobby so that games are longer boxes so that all of the details can be seen before entering (Maybe in symbols? or scroll-down bar?), so that people who like TB know where to join, and people who don't know where to join. Simple as that, everyone would be happy. The only downfall is that the lobby would have to change again, because if people join games where TB is off without knowing, they'll get butthurt and ragequit. Sure, you could put it in the name, but "100+" and "15k" already occupy that space; plus, we wouldn't even need to make silly names like that if there where ways to see it before entering. What do you guys think?

No, it's not new gameplay, it's the same gameplay that was present in the Afterwind Beta back in March 2011. That's why many oppose it; it's deleting a strategical dynamic, and replacing it with nothing; dumbing down the the gameplay if you will.

Yes i remember when no one used tb, and walling was rare among players, now i see rank 3's tbing me and walling important cities to stop my advancement, i have seen the unstrategical afterwind, it was boring , not a challenge, and i don't want to go back.

As long as you can still turn block, but you need more than just 1 unit to do so, I'm good with that.

That's why there would be an optional tick box, so if you don't like TB you wouldn't be obligated to use it. They could make it a Premium-only feature too.

I could see that in terms of adding more to the game itself. But making options that directly and heavily affect BASIC game mechanics premium only? Sorry, that's a load of shit.

Let's do some more testing, I remember too the old days when you couldn't stop or slow a big stack : the game seemed brainless. 50% is perhaps too much, 30% or 25% could do the trick. (seeing the 4 units limitation, I think Amok and Ivan got 25% in mind )

I was thinking that they should balance it for the types of units and the number of them. For example, 50% for militia 1-10, 25% for Militia 11-25, and 1% for militia 50+. Something like that.
