Making WWII Game

Hi all, I would like to propose a WWII game to be scheduled. I would appreciate it if anyone else would like to help set this up (knowing at war, I can tell this is going to be easier said than done...). So I see this happening in three steps:

Step 1: Get players necessary to play. 19 countries requires 19 players. I will be posting the countries below and desirable ranks (to be adjusted as needed). Any extras will be on a wait list.

Step 2: Get players to choose countries (looking for optimal balance on both sides while respecting veteran players who usually play as certain countries. Call it rankism, I just want a good game).

Step 3: Figure out day/time to host. I suspect this will be the most challenging but I will probably just give a one week heads up on a day and time and then have a poll. If majority can play we play. If not, we reschedule. If a game is scheduled and you are unable to play, someone on the wait list (based on rank and spot on list) will take their place.


Let me know if this makes since, if you think this is possible, and most importantly if you want to play



For countries, I posted what I thought were suggested minimum ranks for each country. A lot have question marks because I'm not sure if I set the standard to low or too high so they are not set in stone


Also I would like to have "reporters" to report on the different fronts, preferably two players who will provide commentary during the game (players can always turn off game chat). If you don't like this idea too bad, I am going to enjoy it

I'm gonna try and wait till more people sign up before going down that hurdle. In a perfect world, I see most of thes getting filled up by Friday/Saturday so will have a date set up by Saturday or Sunday (probably give about a weeks notice for people to figure out)

Just know that considering high rank of Soviet Union east, might be prudent for you to practice as it, at least to get familiar

Isn't the map still broken? I don't remember the USA unbalancing being fixed.

Tok seems to have updated the map recently so i don't think it'll be a problem. either way i'd still like to play this again
