Parted World Map Request

Hi, folks!

I'd do this myself but haven't really the time and thus I give someone this challenge:

Create a version of World Map where in each city is a conutry. This way it'll look more effective on the map to see who controls what area of each country. With extra cities, and adding any other important cities and making each island seperate. Preferably rearranging the USA to form the borders of the States when all a state's cities are captured.

What's the SP nerf/multiplier/whatever on that map?
