Hello again, because of the topics I have recently seen about players being upset over ally trolls taking empty cities I feel this suggestion could prove to stop it all together. Although one can easily prevent this action from occurring by simply by placing a militia in the city, this action can prove time consuming if one is moving from one place to the next and if one wishes to use all reinforcements to attack the next target. A feature could be added in the "players list" where one would go to ally peace etc. Under here, a new "button" could be placed for allies where at first all allies can not take cities, similar to how if one is at peace with another player, one cannot take the other player's cities. To allow an ally to take a city, one would go under the players list, select the allies name then click a button next to "end alliance" that could say something similar to "enable city taking." The next turn the ally, and only the ally chosen, can take the cities.

I apologize for making this so long, if anything needs to be further explained please ask away, thank you!

In addition, I didnt read this post thoroughly the first time but it is basically the same thing. I apologize again Amon Amarth, here is his original post~ http://atwar-game.com/forum/topic.php?topic_id=17839

Hm... support, I guess. Not sure if it will have much acceptance around but worth trying.

I used to get really frustrated by this... something so dirty about players who do this... but then i realized, the low-lifes that poach your cities - don't you want to know who they are? i think this would be a good option... or an option where you could just click a city and 'transfer to ally' so you are 'gifting' the city to your ally intentionally, rather than the low-life sticking his soldier where it doesn't belong... good post!

==== This is from the other post with similar topic, to solve this problem:

Solution: in order to ally, AW players must link to AW 'ball cutter' , an auto-vasectomy device that connects to your USB port. The device must be actively attached to your ball-sack to ally.

When a player takes one of your cities, you are given the option to 'perform vasectomy on city grabbing ally', which ensures an enjoyable game for future generations of AW players, and ensures the player doing this truly has no balls.

Great idea , just not sure if it is fair for both sexes, only the imagination limits the consequences for female players with this kind of system, but lets not go too far off-topic.

There are female players ? I suppose for them they'd have the patented AW 'inseminator' which would inject them with a random player's seed... if that isn't horrifying enough, i don't know what else would work... =D
