Nice but..

A screen like this should appear when you put the mouse on any game option, and not only this one.

In the second ' Majority ' one, It says argee shouldn't it be 'agree' Ha? And I don't think anyone will have any problem in not understanding what Turn duration will do, starting funds etc The Changing settings is a different and a new feature from admins and therefore most people wouldn't know what they actually do so that's the point of having that.
