Worst AtWar Fuckups

Post your worst AtWar Fuckup ever here.

So for me it just happened:

So I was playing Aetius's WWI as Russia for the first time ever. I was always told Russia was hard, and from my experience as Prussia, I would imagine it would be hard. But I found it surprisingly easy, managing to hold Poland without Prussia being able to even capture Warsaw once. Eventually I began advancement as Prussia was collapsing by turn 14, still without taking Poland. I captured some important German cities such as Lodz, Koenigsburg, Danzig, Breslau, and Posen. Eventually my 70 event units from Ukraine arrive at the front, and instead of finishing off Prussia which I could easily had done, I made the brilliant choice of rushing Vienna. While I captured the city, I quickly lost it, as well as all my units in Prussia, and by turn 19, just 5 turns after it appeared to be a decisive victory for Russia, I was capped by Austria, and three turns later, dead.

My worst atwar fuck up was letting Nero in evoL.
