Looking for a Coalition to Join

I am looking for a coalition that is actively dedicated to training. I know the basics of gameplay from talking to a friend of mine whose played the game a while now. I have talked to a few higher ranks already who have warned me to stay away from role play. Curiosity was killing me, so I got into one, and left after turn 2 because I couldn't handle the 1) lag 2) people yelling at each other 3) and the fact that I just didn't find it fun. So... yea, thts basically me. I am kinda new, but after talking to some higher ranking players and reading over the forum a little bit I want to get into a clan that will train me up to one day becoming a coalition war player.
