Extra Capital Cities

Ugh; when creating maps, we cannot make country capitals extra cities. But there are already a plenty in the official world map. It is very annoying. And its awkward as Luxembourg and Ljubljana are normal capitals but Skopje is extra capital city. Its against the "realistic" policy of Atwar. So I propose the creator to turn the capitals of Macedonia, Montenegro, Bahrain, Brundi, Equatorial Guinea and other "extra countries" to regular capital cities. I'm assuming this was proposed before but I beg you reconsider it, please.

The admins already stated they are making no more changes to the stock maps so no changes to that.

Sure tho you should be able to make countries extra as well as cities.
