New Terrorist Attack in Cambrils (touristic town south of Barcelona) 5 terrorists were killed but also several were injured.

There was no terrorist attack in cambrilis, the police merely shot them and killed the 5 of them, so it was mostly avoided (except for a dead stabbed women and some injured people from the attempt of the terrorist group to flee away).

Today,a moroccan citizen who lives in Spain (and had some criminal record) was arrested perpetuating a terrorist attack killing 13 people and injuring dozens in downtown Barcelona (Las Ramblas main shopping site in the city where tourists and natives shop). He drove 540 metres into the street (similar to Nice Terror Attacks). Police believe that at least 2 more terrorists escaped.
Catalonia as region has by far the largest muslim community in Spain and it had a higher chance along with the city of Madrid to be attacked by terrorists.
Put below your thoughts on this and possible solutions.
Also Spain requires a criminal record from your country to let you get the residence permission, and Spain isn't ''welcoming inmigrants'' plus if you have been conmited any crime you have 99% of chances to lose your residence permission or at least you could not renew it so I dont get why this guy didnt lose it .......
