From what I understand about UK politics (mind you, I'm American so most of this is stuff I've read and seen over the years) is that during the recession, the UK, like much of Europe, had huge levels of unsustainable debt. Under the tory-liberal den coalition, the budget was slashed and austerity implemented. Labour wined about this and during and after the general election said they want to remain current spending levels, not lower them. After a couple of years, the coalition government balanced the budget, and their economy began growing from this recession. If I am correct, they are still technically in "austerity" but not as stringently as it was before, nor compared to say Greece. Labour (before Corbyn at least) stopped complaining about the lack of spending and then started saying around the 2014 election that they would have balanced th budget better

UKIP I think is dead Tunder. There whole goal was for Britain leaving the EU- this goal has been accomplished. Their leadership has been... unstable... and any attempts at becoming a working class party I think are dead. UKIP is basically a Tory Brexiteer, might as well vote for tories.

The people's flag is deepest red, it shrouded oft our martyred dead and ere their limbs grew stiff and cold, their hearts' blood dyed its every fold. Then raise the scarlet standard high. Within its shade we'll live and die. Though cowards flinch and traitors sneer, we'll keep the red flag flying here. Congratulations to the Labour Party for preventing an absolute Conservative majority. I think the Conservatives still have it, though. I can't see a likely outcome in which the Conservatives don't get a coalition government led by themselves.

Adding £2trillion to the national soverign debt in 7 years (doubling), therefore 83% of your tax money is servicing that. - Sure, really stable economics... Adding more jobs? We have now have the highest number of people who are co-dependent on benefits, tax credits, etc then was before ever, therefore the jobs you talk of are nothing but a fools economy - that's even if they do exist. Show me any unemployment figure that's changed from 7% in the last 10 years. Anyway congrats on such a highly successful election

A recession is 2 consecutive financial quarters with negative (normally GDP) growth. The UK economy experienced a recession in 2008, and another in 2011 when there was fear over the US debt ceiling. We still do have massive levels of unsustainable debt and the tax we are paying in both the UK and US is servicing that debt with new bonds needing to be released to sustain that debt. due to compounded interest. So its a circle that can only end up in collapse, which very much suits the parasites because when companies are cheap, they are easier to acquire, this reinforcing monopolistic conglomerated strength. It's pretty much impossible to lower any deffecit regardless of who makes the laws for those reasons.

Ukraine? (Ik you're talking about your host country, but you're comparing different countries with different sociopolitical backgrounds, different voting numbers and voting process. To summarize all this, you don't have a clue of what you're comparing. And just a small hint on that. the Animalist Party got 1.19% of the votes (284.000 votes) while UKIP had 1.8% of the votes and 581.000 people voting for them. Can you now see the mistake of your assumption? Think and research before uttering stupidity. Also, Spain uses Hondt representation system while UK uses the first past the post system, which are entirely different. Once again, think before you speak.) (Disregard all of this if you were talking about Ukaine btw)
Aka precarious jobs, just a simple way of fooling statistics
I kinda didn't want to answer for him, but I think what he means by low quality jobs are precarious jobs, of short-term, bad/low salary, with crappy hours (basically a bad relations between time and wage.) Also in a sizeable part of Europe, jobs for younger people consist of precarious, season-based jobs in most cases, with low wages and an extended work hour..
Which was what happened, the UKIP electorate saw May's Hard Brexit, and that hole "better a no deal than a bad deal" stance as appealing, so they chose her instead.
