Can we get a timeline for fully working html map making?

I want to know when we can expect map making to be back and fully working on html (Close to silverlight version).
If not that then monthly (I would say weekly but we know that's not going to happen) updates to what has improved/fixed in that month.
It's a question I want to be answered and is not an idea so reply if they're willing to improve update communication within this game community.

Little things like not being able to set a map image, bugs with saving new maps, not being able to edit silverlight maps in html. Basically so we can use html full time without having to go into silverlight.
