Lets replace top leader board with something that actually takes skill

Top leaderboard shows off top SP farmers and most active RP players. Lets judge top leaderboard by elo gained in top hour/24 hours/week.

Yes, because everybody farms elo nowadays. At least elo requires you to actually win the game and the amount you receive is dependent on who you play.

Please keep it the way it is; It has been useful to fight crime!
