I can't change my name in less than 24 hours but I have premium!TheScorch has premium and is able to change his name anytime he wants,in less than 24 hours.However,I must wait 24 hours even though I have premium :/ Is this a bug?

Yeah I've noticed some people can change there name as much as they want. I get a bit of enjoyment out of it.
