Casual games- same guy plays 2 accounts ?

Wondering if its allowed for same guy to play 2 accounts in a casual game
its obvious he is as i added both to see when last online and is always same
both started same area-never warred never allied

What he said ^ that's related to farming. But if you wanna play with 2 accounts just for "fun" or whatever, it's still not allowed, as far as I know.

No, farming means get SP on purpose, just to get SP. Or ways to get fast SP. Though, this method is totally 100% legal and unpunishable ^_^ The 2 accounts thing is obviously not allowed at all.
