Should this duel vs G.R.O.M. be removed?

So start duel. Ukr (GROM) vs turk (me).

T1 I was having issues and kept dcing. I didnt end up making any moves because of the dc.

I asked for tie in the chat for reasons of dc.

GROM refused to tie because of the following reason:
I dont tie people who shittalk me.

So we played turn 2. Turn 3, GROM offers me a tie. For a minute, I accepted. However, I then came to my senses and realized he was going to cheese me and not tie at all. So I clearly told him in the chat with PLENTY of time left that we were not tying. I didn't trust him one bit and I know he was going to kill off any smidgen of a chance I had left of winning with his fake tie. He acknowledged that he saw my "no tie" message by responding.

2 Turn later he lost and now he wants the duel removed.

He had enough time to play his turn but he instead was using the chat to complain saying he made no moves but after all that time he did even leave units in Kiev so from what i seems he wasnt going to tie after all??

I could win this game easy, but when i decided to tie you , i didn't play my turn well as you can see.

Very simple:
Turn1: you lost turn (i know you did this deliberately) so i said no
Turn2: ppls who i respect them asked me to tie so i said empy your cap
Turn3: you betrayed me and you maked a big wall near my cap + you attacked it

So without fallacies this duel must be removed

PROVE

I rejected tie after because I dont trust you. I know you will deliberately scam me and not tie. It took me ~30 seconds to realize that you were probably trolling me.



Think of it this way. Let say I didnt win and you won. Would you still ask for a tie? Of course not, because you're manipulative and like to scam. Don't even attempt to argue this.

It seems to me that Power is doing is best to justify a position which is shitty from the beginning.

1. U cannot know for sure what GROM was going to do, u think but that's not enough ;

2. U genuinely made several walls around his cap after u stacked it ;

1a. I do. He clearly stated his intent turn 1, that he didn't want to tie because I shit talk him. He clearly is not to be trusted and will use any means possible to troll me. This includes faking ties.

2a. So what? I did this after rejecting tie because I don't trust him.

3a. He declined tie turn 1 thus losing my trust.
3b. I can change my mind after to avoid myself getting trolled by fake dc.
3c. I warned him no tie and he saw it well before turn ended.

Conclusion is : don't duel when it gets too personal.

You warned me when i was made my moves already (Random movements because i wanted to tie you),
get it dude, you are a dirty and an unfair player, you want to win in any way , last time you started the game fast so i can't pick my strategy now you asked for tie so clutter on me and win... and now you act as a victim.

The issue will be reviewed by the Staff and we will come to a decision.Till then I'm locking this as it has served it's purpose, both players have said what they wanted and now they are repeating themselves for no reason.
