"Solution" to "no new competitives" threads

Ok I know it's a little unorthodox for a scenario player to say his opinion about this issue but stay with me for a moment

How about there is a special recruitment thread in forums where only clan leaders can post, and whenever someone posts something there, all r0-5 get a notification about it, so that they actually check recruitment threads out? That way noobs' attention is redirected exactly where it should be if they want to get better, and most importantly, we don't need Amok's lazy ass to make it reality (Sun can mess with forums as far as I know)

This isnt the problem though. If some low rank asked me if this game was worth sticking around for i couldnt honestly say yes. Could you? the mapmaker the bugs and the servers are the 3 key issues that need sorting. These are problems only the admins can solve. Until thats sorted the competitive community will never return to what it was. The scenario side of the community on the other hand will struggle with retaining high ranks.

Notifications for clan leader posts sounds like a good idea, I can't however enable that.
