Nerf late joining

Someone shouldn't be allowed to spam over 100 units at t10+, it's ridiculous. That should be nerfed as it's really OP and someone can keep joining just to target someone and ruin his game.

I only do it to help my allies mostly or to get revenge on someone.

And yes I do that, that's why I'm bringing up that issue because I know that it is really OP.
