Missing notifications.

I had this bug from before but finally found a way to make it noticeable.

I've been missing many other notifications too.

Yes, I've noticed this to be a problem for me, too. Quite annoying.

Notifications for quotes are tricky. They would only work if you click the 'quote' button and leave the quote tag intact. If you just copy/paste it later or something, it wouldn't work. If you quote someone and add another quote from a different person, it wouldn't work either.

A better way would be to parse the whole message and extract quoted player ids from the quote tags. But I couldn't manage to parse only top level quotes (without the nested ones), it's actually pretty hard to do, unless you're a regex wizard. If anyone wants to contribute a regex code for it, I'd be happy to apply it.
