Show if a Duel Opponent has Surrendered

There are some desperate players on atWar that'll do anything to win. One of them is telling the enemy you left/surrendered and then taking advantage of the situation.

Please make it so that the other player can see if his opponent has surrendered in the chat. It only shows to spectators.
