How to recover file i removed from the recycle bin?

Does anyone know how to find files that i removed from the recycle bin? i deleted them like 2 days ago

these were psd files if it means anything, thank you

urm... idk what darkmace is saying, but i have been able to recover even deleted video files in the past just by using simple programs
google undelete programs or something... i had some adware removing program that had undelete option. Is a hassle tho to find the file in the sea of deleted ones...

but time is important... file being deleted for too long could make it worthless

i'm scanning now with the program, it seems to start find it, 30 minutes of the hour left, i will show you it will

Nothing in your hd is beyond salvage. You can really delete files by burning your hard drive or throwing it in the ocean, otherwise its fair game. i had a 2000euro laptop with sensitive files, which broke and was afraid to take it to computer shop, because even with format these bastards can recover anything if they want.
