Just curious to see what anti-trump people, and really anybody else who wasn't favoring him, thinks about his Contract that he released about his first 100 days in office. In my opinion nothing looks like it will end the world, some things I don't like, some I do.

If you're a Trump supporter, at the very least don't give me a wall of text/quotes.

"Well MrArmy, first let me thank you for asking this intelligent question. I believe that his plan to decrease middle class income by a predicted 35% is a bit reckless, but I love his wall plan, it will be the biggest wall, the best wall"

Just an example of a response I would be willing to have on here, also I'll have 2 posts on this thread now so it doesn't feel dead and worthless.

It has been my experience that intelligent questions get few, if any responses, in this community. (Shhh... hopefully no one else reads this and misinterprets what i'm saying.) ♥

I really hope this is a joke / hoax.

It is politically not feasible, economically stupid and environmentally suicidal.

Right, like how you thought it was politically infeasible for Donald Trump to be elected POTUS?

I'm not a US citizen, nor have I visited that country for any reason except tourism. Just wanted to get that out of the way so that you guys know what perspective I'm coming from.

Like pretty much any Republican policy paper I've ever read, I agree with some points that Mr. Trump raises and disagree with most of them. The goals set are very ambitious and some of the points seem quite vague. I'll be quite happy to discuss why I like or don't like particular parts of his policy at another time, if anyone cares.

But the one thing that this position paper clearly isn't, though, is insane. This position paper is absolutely not some crazy rambling of a demagogue. I may disagree with most of its points and clearly the President-elect's stance on key issues is very different from mine, but these are still reasonable, serious, and understandable policies.

If you suspect these policies are "a joke," as somebody in this thread has put it, then I strongly urge you to go discuss politics with some Trump supporters. Just for an hour or two. Yes, some of them really are reactionary lunatics, but most of them aren't. You don't have to agree with their position on issues (in fact, I myself don't), but if you don't at least understand them, then you will never get anywhere.

I would come up with a nice response about mr trumps first 100 days in office, but frankly I've given up on the world and decided to appreciate every day as it comes.. I wish all the Americans in this game the best of luck because if Trump gets his economic policy wrong Americas credit rating could drop and you might default on your international debt... Hopefully not, but like I said, I've given up caring
