SM fail in GoT map

I played a GoT map as SM & it had all the air units locked. I hope this is the right place to report this.

Maybe...
That map dont have air units or those air units are disabled?

This try some other strategy

I checked before playing & they were indeed available, but locked. I had SM so that should unlock any air unit a city can make. 2 or 3 air units were available: a bomber-type & an air trans-type (maybe a stealth, but I'm not sure), but I couldn't buy either :/

For the Endless Winter version, I think air units are enabled only in specific countries. Ravens are available in Westeros. Zeppelins are more restricted: transport zeppelins in only 2 or 3 countries (incl. Kings landing I think). Bomber zeppelins are only available in 1 country (can't remember which one but it's on the southern part of Westeros).

Ah, good. Thanks, Grimm. Are these country-specific units listed anywhere? I can't find anything in the forum like that.
