Another, are you going to be able to have the same performance as silverlight? In my experience HTML stuff takes long to load and is kinda laggy. Also apparently the security of HTML isn't that great? Idk much about this stuff just asking.

It's probably going to be a bit slower, but not much. Security is tricky with HTML5, but we'll make it work, don't worry

- It is now possible to exclude units from the specific countries
so if senario wanted to give somebody a event troup to a specific person in a city.
if i capture that city before the event troup comes and hold it ,would i get that free event troup?

Yes you would get those units, that's a good way to make some cities important to fight over, but that was possible before this update
