100% agreed with OP. game settings should be given (rare units, additional cities, etc) to the player to start out with, games are already monotonous enough, why drive 50% of new players away because they can't make a standard game?

I think we need to do different things for now. The same 1v1 Europe/Europe + scenario would be more of the same. I have nothing against it, but we should try and do something like 2v2 tournament or change the settings at least.

why try 2v2? me and aristo would dominate it.

Might be in the wrong section, but this needs to be said...

nowadays, the definition of "trolling" is so blurred that anything a known "troll" does is considered trolling. A simple HAHAHAHA YOU SUCK (joking remark), or JAAAA GET OUT will result in a 15 minute mute, and saying something on global like "JOIN THIS GAME XXX FOR SERBIA" also will result in a mute (at least it did for me). Anything my clan does nowadays is "too far." Now for the suggestion: GIVE US WARNINGS BEFORE A MUTE. NO MATTER HOW STUPID OR SEVERE YOU THINK IT IS, GIVE A WARNING. Sure, this may sound blatantly obvious, but I receive a warning before a mute 1/8 or 9 times nowadays -- I don't care if I got 10 warnings the day before, I still need to know what YOU think is too far, and I've gotten way too many day-long and 15-minute mute for mod minunderstandings, so please...give a warning. A warning also allows us to defend ourselves and possibly get the right person muted, especially if it was a misunderstanding. If this is in the wrong section, please move it, but that needed to be said

Its really handy with stealths/mariens. then you can have a wall without anyone knowing about it

i'm pretty sure you can pass a marine if it's not visible (detected) on your map

Don't nerf movement range or IF will be OP...

Infantry attack needs to be nerfed. That is all.

Uhhh since im the poster child of all good things (except for my skin color) i'm going to say that I like the community. The only people I don't like are people that can't take a joke and get all buttmad when are said something to. Newbies actually 'pr' me and tell me that they like my style and such and I help noobs out all the time, it's not like trolling is bad (I dont troll btw)...it's people who take it seriously that MAKE it bad. imo ban the people who take it to heart for having no sense of humor whatsoever...

let me give you a scenario:

A bunch of trolls walk in a room. They start conversing, cracking jokes, etc. ALL OF A SUDDEN, A SERB WALKS IN THE ROOM and is all like HUEHUEHUEH WTF IS U SAYING MENG!?!?! The trolls then troll the serbs, making the trolls sound like bad people, however the only reason they sound like bad people is because this serb called them out. So in this case, going by a classic definition of a troll, the SERB is actually trolling...IN CONCLUSION, anyone who aggravates or feeds the troll should be banned rather than the troll himself. 'Trolling' isn't exactly a valid term, 'joking' should be the correct term. And people who can't take jokes shouldn't be living. period.

no? Lucky Bastard is useless. PD is well...not

I suggest either nerfing INFANTRY attack by 1 (so -1 to INFANTRY) so that infantry stacks are less viable. Something to nerf the infantry in PD, as they are the most troublesome unit. Like pinheiro said, PD players can upgrade their infantries to unfair levels (using your words against you hurr hurr), so they should rely more on offensive units such as tanks and marines for offense, while relying on infantry for defense.

Rank 11 is the only decent one imo, rank 10 is just donkeyballs

Who cares? You were inactive when I saw your coalition's page last time. I don't have to observe your activity everyday and know that you suddenly played 5 games one after another.

not understanding -- im pretty sure i'm the most inactive of the actives and i'm on like 6 hrs a day

I like the idea as well, it will FINALLY BE REFRESHING to say something without a kissass saying TAKE IT TO PRIVATE

+1 to the idea, game would be much better (not to mention the social aspect of the game would be bolstered) with a chatting channel.

It would be fine if they kept the requirements for gold (keep it the same as it was before, halve the SP, and add crimsons on top of that), but they halved the SP and almost doubled the requirements.

If getting crimson is so prestigious, we should be able to see another players crimson medals...

Nobody cares about which medals you've gotten, Cardinal. Medals are purely for SP...which is why they need to revert back to the old system, Crimson doesn't mean anything
