I have waited one week, Tunder3 still has not come online. Because I posted about this a week ago, AirForce will be my opponent correct? I can get the match done tonight if it is.

Gotta agree with TopHats here -- the removal of TB's is great, but the enemy unit thing is dumb. Please check my thread, admins.

The whole problem with this update is that it makes marines extremely overpowered, as well as bombers. At this point, marines can go through ANY city, and end up at any point they want to without being detected. GW gives them around the same power as tanks, and the fact that they'll get free militia wherever they cap makes GW unbelievably good. SM bombers also become OP with this. It's probable that you can defend against SM bombers using this strategy, however the fact that they can fly FREELY anywhere makes the strategy one of the easiest to use.

There are a few solutions to this problem:

- Have marines become automatically detected if they pass through a city
- Have cities and countries unpassable, but make units passable
- Because the flower was created (and the unbreakable flower) in order to resist wallfucks and turnblocks, this update demolishes flowers ONLY by removing TB's. They are utterly pointless after that. Therefore, another solution could be to completely remove this aspect of the update, due to the fact that flowers weren't really ever a problem.

Overall, this update was okay. Removing TB's made a lot of strategies overpowered, but honestly afterwind will adapt to itself in a week or so. The city movement, however, is unnecessarily game breaking, and I am completely against it. By using any of the three solutions above, you can improve this update massively. I have tested this with many friends and many games, and we have all jumped to the same conclusion.

EDIT: Some are telling me that flowers are the main method of defense. I agree, with wallfucking, they are. However, I think that you should add flowers back and concentrate on fixing wallfucking, as that has been the most gamebreaking "glitch" of all.

Most of the mods are rational (id say 2 are bad at tops) and make fair choices, but we need more active mods in-game...or no mods at all like stomach said. pre-mod aw best aw

May I add that reputation also cures a very serious disease called Low Rep Syndrome. It's bascially caused by complaining about reputation due to a very low amount of reps. Not much can be done at this point, but that's what reputation is for mostly. To avoid LRS.

Reputation is an important and crucial part of our community. Think of it like calcium, it helps you develop strong bones (rep helps you develop strong skills), and helps prevent osteoporosis when you're older (this can be compared to Low Rep Syndrome). Osteoporosis is caused by the lack of calcium, likewise, the lack of rep is called "Low Rep Syndrome." A perfect example of LRS can be seen in the post above me, Pinheiros, as the assmad about the clear lack of reps is apparent. In my opinion, and the opinion of many others, reputation is more important than SP and is one of the most important aspects of the game.

Why do you guys moderate room chat so frequently? I understand when people are hating on eachother, but a lot of people usually get warned or muted for healthy debate in room chat. I think it's fun and a dead room chat is a dead aw...

My opinion is healthy debate is generally ok. Moderating happens when it turns to a not ok topic of debate, such as race, religion, or when the debate turns personal. In those circumstances we will ask it to be toned down. If those requests are ignored, warnings or mutes may be issued.

oh okay, but at one point people were debating the olympics and which country was the best, and I started to make an argument for USA (didn't insult anyone) and I was muted for 15 mins lol

no, because the awards are not meant to be funny, they are meant to be...awards. comparable to the oscars. I take it as a compliment that some of them made you laugh, as that is a bonus.
